Nach Properties provides owners with stress-free maintenance of their rental investments. Rather than trying to find a third-party vendor yourself, you can rest assured our staff is taking care of the problem in a timely manner.

A large part of what we offer is the control of the maintenance in your investment. Our in-house maintenance coordinator and turnover coordinator use our in-house technicians along with a select few qualified outside vendors so that we can regulate and control the pricing. Below is a list of the services our in-house maintenance department provides:

Convenient Options For Tenants

Our residents can submit a work order multiple ways all day long. We understand maintenance is a big reason why residents will not renew, so we feel this is one of the most important customer service aspects for a landlord, but we also keep focused on the owner’s bottom line by completing work only necessary for general upkeep and future maintenance prevention.

  • 24/7 Maintenance Line
    Residents can call our 24/7 work order line that allows them to speak with a live US-based person that can assist in troubleshooting the maintenance issue or just get the requested repair in the system for our maintenance team to follow up on.
  • Tenant Portal
    Residents, through their individual portal online, can submit maintenance requests with the ability to upload pictures as well.
  • Email
    Although not encouraged for the quickest results, residents can email [email protected], and they will get a response from their management team in a guaranteed amount of time.
